I am most passionate when it comes to working with yoga teachers and have trained over 600 aspiring teachers around the world in the YogaWorks and Yoga Remedy Therapeutic Method. I’m a specialized therapeutics and injury management/prevention teacher and love sharing my therapeutic approach with yoga teachers and students. I’ve been teaching yoga in the Santa Clarita Valley since 2003 and have dedicated my life to learning and sharing different healing modalities to help people feel better in their body.
