Specialty Classes
Therapeutic/Back Care - Dani is a certified yoga therapist and her signature therapeutic classes are a combination of yoga therapy and somatic techniques that target chronic pain in the hips, SI joint, sciatic, low back, neck, and shoulders. A head-to-toe body, mind and soul experience you won’t want to miss! Appropriate for all levels.
Yin-Vin - This class will begin with a challenging intermediate flow and end with long held yin postures close to the floor. The perfect combination of strength and sweetness. Some yoga experience recommended.
Yoga for Menopause - This class is to support and empower the ladies through the different stages of life. A combo of mobility, strength, restore, and lot of information and inspiration.
Relax, Restore & Yoga Nidra - This class is wonderful for deep relaxation and healing. Your body will be supported by props to help you drop into comfort and ease as your nervous system down regulates and tension melts away. The class will end with a Yoga Nidra meditation that will guide your body into a deep state of relaxation. You will leave feeling renewed & Rejuvenated. Appropriate for all levels.
Relax, Reiki & Soundbath - This class take you on an inward journey of deep rest and restoration. You will be guided through a restorative practice while listening to the beautiful sound of the sitar. Essential oils will be shared and you will receive reiki energy. Appropriate for all levels.
Kundalini - This is one of the most healing and comprehensive yoga practices. This class includes chanting, breath work, and active asana movements, and can diminish anxiety, depression, fear, and insomnia. Appropriate for all levels.
Strength, Stability, Stretch - In this class we will use gentle exercises, light weights, and resistance bands to increases muscular strength, range of motion, balance, and ease in everyday tasks. Taught by a certified trainer with over 30 years experience, movements will be modified to meet individual needs. Appropriate for all levels.
Yoga Sculpt - this class will begin with breathwork, deep stretches, and mindful movements to warm the body. Traditional yoga poses and light hand weights will be added to tone the muscles.
Deep Stretch with the Yoga Wall - Takes your asanas (postures) to a new level and helps you explore your yoga practice in a whole new way! In this class you will use the yoga wall equipment to provide support and stability to feel alignment, gain greater range of motion, traction your spine, and increase strength and flexibility. This class is great for students wanting a sensational felt experience and a deeper understanding of why you’re doing what you’re doing. The teachers have been wall trained and certified. Appropriate for all levels.
Tai Chi - This class is a series of slow, flowing movements that promote balance, flexibility, and inner calm. Rooted in the principles of yin and yang, Tai Chi fosters harmony between mind and body and enhances overall well-being. Appropriate for all levels.

Gentle Yoga - This class takes a very gentle approach and is appropriate for those who cannot meet the demands of physically straining practices. Perfect for those who are simply looking for a more relaxed and laid-back practice that keeps you low and slow. Appropriate for all levels.
Level 1 - This is your beginner level class that focuses on creating a strong foundation for a life-long successful practice. This class will help you learn how to connect to your body, guide you on how to move mindfully, and incorporate correct alignment. Over time you will build strength and stamina which will allow you to explore more challenging practices. If you are brand new to yoga, it’s recommended to spend 2-3 months (at least) in this level before moving into an intermediate level to avoid injuries.

Whether you’re facing physical challenges or life’s obstacles, Resilience Flow empowers you to rise with grace and determination.
Holisitic Flow - Return to our roots and embrace our physical and energetic selves. Through mindful guidance, you will be empowered to find your own alignment, fostering deep connection to you body and your practice. Discover the wisdom to navigate other classes with confidence, listening to your body's cues and honoring your unique journey on the mat.
Soulrise Agni Flow - Ignite the fire within! This practice kindles inner strength, boosts energy and brings a sense of vitality. Connect to your breath, awaken your inner fire, and end the practice with some delicious cacao. Appropriate for all levels.
