Elizabeth Done-Hooper

Elizabeth was raised and educated on the east coast. After 15 successful years in the film industry, she took a break to experience the joy and hardship of being a stay at home mother to three boys. Elizabeth believes that the stress of these two worlds ultimately brought her to her mat and she has never left. Through yoga, Elizabeth found an immediate sense of peace, balance and happiness that she had never experienced before.

Elizabeth a certified Yoga teacher has had the pleasure of continuing her education through classes and workshops led by Max Strom, Jeanne Heileman, Jill Miller, Ashley Rideaux & Billy Gill. Over the years she has learned many new asanas from these teachers, but is most grateful that they taught her the gift of awareness and the invaluable power of living in the present moment.

Elizabeth’s classes are strong and fun. She loves the movement of a Vinyasa class, combined with a quiet meditative mind that provides a well-balanced yoga experience for everyone. Her only request is that you bring your smile and your sense of humor along with you. Let’s sweat and laugh together!

Lauren Dredd

Lauren was first introduced to yoga in high school and fell in love. Yoga paved a way for her to connect and be vulnerable with others. Her goal is to cultivate a nurturing atmosphere with intentional movement where people feel safe to grow, let go and be. She is passionate about integrating mindfulness in my practice by teaching others to make conscious decisions in any area of their life such as, thoughts, relationships, nutrition, and movement.

Lauren has a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science along with certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) 1 & 2, and American Council of Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer.
