What is Yoga?
The regular practice of yoga and meditation help to quiet the mind and focus the awareness inward, bringing us to a place of mindfulness and peace. Learning yoga’s balanced breathing techniques is proven to help reduce stress and anxiety and increasing self-awareness.
As we become mindful of our yoga practice, we allow ourselves to truly connect with the body and, in turn, complete the cycle of physical and mental health, which allows us to enjoy all that life has to offer.
Serving community for over 25 years, Yoga Yoga believes in making yoga accessible to all, whether on the mat or off the mat into our community. We are passionate about teaching the holistic healing arts of yoga to create a deeper sense of physical, mental and emotional connection, so we may cultivate compassion towards ourselves and all of humanity.
